You're not going to find anybody more excited about "Peanut Butter and Jelly Day" than Ricky Jean Francois.
The defensive lineman shared his signature dance move for the first time as a member of the Redskins in a video he sent to us, honoring the classic sandwich day.
Here's the audible play-by-play of his eating after – in three smaller videos – he spreads the goodness onto the bread.
The first five seconds are mostly chewing and gum smacking (peanut butter is tough to consume).
Then he narrates. "Boy, after you have a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich right there, boy, you can do ahhhhhhhhhhh…"
That's when you lose any vocabulary and enjoy some pure enthusiasm, along with his exclamatory dance moves for the last five seconds.
This is not the first time the "Peanut Butter Jelly Man" has done this. He's earned the nickname over various seasons with different teams, showing off his dancing skills to the mid-2000s internet hit.
He usually performs the dance at the end of training camp. If you're in Richmond, Va., that day, I recommend catching the show.
