If you happened to watch the dodgeball portion of the Pro Bowl Skills Competition on Thursday night, you know that linebacker Ryan Kerrigan should have made the game-clinching catch for the NFC. Instead, a rules violation -- not a midline infraction, something much more obscure -- ruined that reality.
