STATEMENT BY AN NFL SPOKESPERSON:

Junior Galette of the Washington Redskins has been suspended without pay for two games for violating the NFL Personal Conduct Policy.

Galette, who is currently on the reserve/injured list, will begin serving his suspension immediately.
