LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins announced today that they have made the following roster move:

The Redskins signed the following player to their practice squad:

CB Dashaun Phillips

In addition, the Redskins designated C Kory Lichtensteiger for return, commencing a 21-day practice period while he remains on the team's Reserve/Injured list.
