The Washington Redskins will travel to London in Week 8 for a cross-conference matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. Kickoff at Wembley Stadium is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. ET (1:30 p.m. GMT).

The contest at Wembley will mark the Redskins' European debut in regular season play and only their second regular season game outside the United States all-time. In their only other international regular season game to date, the Redskins faced the Buffalo Bills at the Rogers Centre in Toronto exactly five years earlier on Oct. 30, 2011.

The Redskins have twice appeared overseas in preseason competition, once at the former Wembley Stadium in London in 1992 and once at the Osaka Dome in Osaka, Japan in 2002.

The game will be the Redskins' first against the Bengals since hiring Head Coach Jay Gruden prior to the 2014 season. Before joining the Redskins, Gruden spent the 2011-13 seasons as the Bengals' offensive coordinator, helping guide the team to playoff appearances in all three seasons. A win on Sunday would even Gruden's all-time record against AFC opponents with the Redskins at 6-6.

THE OPPONENT
The Cincinnati Bengals enter Week 8 following a 31-17 win against the Cleveland Browns in Week 7. Cincinnati currently sits third in the AFC North with a 3-4 record. Head Coach Marvin Lewis is in his 14th season as head coach of the Bengals.

Quarterback Andy Dalton is in his sixth season with Cincinnati after being selected in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft (35th overall). Dalton has completed 166-of-246 pass attempts (67.5 percent) this season for 2,065 yards with eight passing touchdowns.

Running back Jeremy Hill leads the Bengals rushing with 84 carries for 439 yards and four touchdowns this season. Giovani Bernard has added 66 carries for 247 yards and one touchdown. Bernard also ranks second on the Bengals with 30 receptions, gaining 263 receiving yards.

Wide receiver A.J. Green leads the Bengals in receptions (50) and receiving yards (775) this season and has posted three receiving touchdowns. Wide receiver Brandon LaFell has recorded a team-high four receiving touchdowns.

Linebacker Karlos Dansby leads the Bengals' defense with 48 tackles (28 solo). Safety Shawn Williams ranks second on the team with 39 tackles (24 solo) as well as one sack and one interception. Defensive end Carlos Dunlap has a team-high 5.0 sacks this season. Six different Bengals have each recorded one interception in 2016.

Kicker Mike Nugent has made 14-of-18 field goal attempts (77.8 percent) this season. Punter Kevin Huber has averaged 44.2 yards per punt on 32 punts.

Wide receiver Alex Erickson serves as the Bengals' primary kickoff and punt returner. Erickson has recorded for 10 punt returns for 57 yards and five kickoff returns for 103 yards through seven weeks this season.
