The Washington Redskins will attempt to earn their second victory of the 2016 campaign on Sunday when the team returns home to face the Cleveland Browns. Kickoff at FedExField is scheduled for 1 p.m.

The Redskins enter Week 4 following a roller-coaster 29-27 victory against the New York Giants last week. Kicker Dustin Hopkins tied a team record with five field goals and the Redskins racked up 403 yards of offense despite a string of injuries along the offensive line. In a game that featured six lead changes (including five in the second half), the Redskins rallied back from a 14-3 first quarter deficit and eventually secured a victory when rookie Su'a Cravens picked off Eli Manning with 1:02 remaining.

The Browns come to FedExField this week holding a commanding 33-11-1 lead in the all-time series between the two franchises, but Washington has had the better of Cleveland in recent generations. The Redskins have won six of the teams' last eight meetings since 1975 and are 2-1 against Cleveland since the Browns' revival in 1999.

THE OPPONENT

The Cleveland Browns enter Week 4 with an 0-3 record after finishing their 2015 campaign with a 3-13 record and a fourthplace finish in the AFC North. This season is the team's first under Head Coach Hue Jackson.

The team has started three different quarterbacks through three games this season. Former Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III completed 12-of-26 passes for 190 yards in a 29-10 Week 1 loss to Philadelphia before being placed on the Reserve/Injured list. In Week 2, Josh McCown completed 20-of-33 passes for 260 yards with two touchdowns prior to suffering an injury. Last week, rookie Cody Kessler made his first NFL start, completing 21-of-33 passes for 244 yards in an overtime loss to Miami.

Running back Isaiah Crowell led the Browns in rushing last year with 185 carries for 706 yards and four touchdowns. Duke Johnson, Jr. is now in his second season with the Browns after posting 104 carries for 379 yards as well as 61 catches for 534 yards and two receiving touchdowns in 2015.

Tight end Gary Barnidge finished his 2015 season with 79 catches for 1,043 yards and nine receiving touchdowns. Former college quarterback Terrelle Pryor Sr. leads the Browns in receptions (14) and receiving yards (244) this season. Rookie Corey Coleman has also contributed seven receptions for 173 yards.

Defensive back Jordan Poyer leads the Browns with 23 tackles (18 solo) this season. Three players — linebacker Christian Kirksey, linebacker Corey Lemonier and defensive end Carl Nassib — are tied for the team lead in sacks with one apiece. Seventh-year defensive back Joe Haden has recorded a team-high two interceptions.

The Browns have used two kickers this season. Patrick Murray began the season 1-for-2 on field goal attempts before being placed on the Reserve/Injured list. Cody Parkey joined the team in Week 3 and was 3-for-6 on field goal attempts in his Browns debut at Miami.

George Atkinson III, formerly with the Oakland Raiders, is listed as the team's kickoff returner and has gained 34 yards on two returns this season. Tramon Williams, a long-time Green Bay Packer who joined the Browns in 2015, serves as the team's primary punt returner.
