The Washington Redskins will return to FedExField on Sunday for their first of back-to-back home contests in Weeks 15-16 when the team hosts the Arizona Cardinals. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.

The Redskins enter the contest 3-0 against NFC West opponents this season, including wins against the Los Angeles Rams (27-20 in Week 2), San Francisco 49ers (26-24 in Week 6) and Seattle Seahawks (17-14 in Week 9). A win this week would give the Redskins a sweep of a full division for only the second time since divisional realignment in 2002, joining the squad's 2005 sweep of the NFC West.

Sunday's game marks the start of the Redskins' only two-game homestand of the season. The games in Weeks 15-16 mark the latest in a season the Redskins have had their first set of back-to-back home games since the NFL adopted the 16-game schedule in 1978.

Tight end Vernon Davis, who was named on Monday as a finalist for the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award, moved into 10th all-time in career receptions by a tight end in NFL history last week. With six receptions Sunday, Davis can move past Jeremy Shockey (547) for ninth all-time.

THE OPPONENTThe Arizona Cardinals enter Week 15 of the regular season in third place in the NFC West with a 6-7 record. This is the team's fifth season under the purview of Head Coach Bruce Arians.

Blaine Gabbert is the team's starter at quarterback in his seventh NFL season. In four games this season, he has completed 79-of-130 passes (60.8 percent) for 897 yards with six touchdowns and five interceptions. Carson Palmer began the season as the team's starter before being placed on the team's Reserve/Injured list following a Week 7 contest against the Los Angeles Rams.

Running back Adrian Peterson leads the Cardinals in rushing this year after joining the team via mid-season trade. He has posted 448 rushing yards on 129 carries with two touchdowns since joining the Cardinals. Running back Kerwynn Williams has also contributed 239 rushing yards on 64 attempts and one rushing touchdown.

Wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, the third-leading receiver in NFL history, leads the Cardinals in receptions (87), receiving yards (922) and receiving touchdowns (five). Wide receiver J.J. Nelson has added 27 receptions for 444 yards and two touchdowns.

Linebacker Karlos Dansby leads the Cardinals with 77 tackles (62 solo) through 13 games. Linebacker Chandler Jones has a team-high 14.0 sacks, while safety Antoine Bethea leads the team in interceptions (three).

Phil Dawson handles the kicking responsibilities for the Cardinals, while Andy Lee handles the punting responsibilities. Dawson is 22-of-30 (73.3 percent) on field goal attempts this season and is also 19-of-21 on PATs. Lee is averaging 46.6 yards per punt.

Williams has served as the team's primary punt returner and kick returner in 2017. He has averaged 6.5 yards on 21 punt returns and 20.4 yards on 16 kickoff returns.
