The Washington Commanders have traded wide receiver Jahan Dotson and a 2025 fifth-round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles for a 2025 third-round pick and two seventh-round picks. The Commanders have also traded a conditional seventh-round pick to the Cleveland Browns for kicker Cade York.
Dotson, a first-round pick by the Commanders in 2022, appeared in 29 games with 26 starts. He made 84 catches on 144 targets, amassing 1,041 yards and 11 touchdowns during his career with Washington.
York, a fourth-round pick by the Browns in 2022, appeared in all 17 games during his rookie season, hitting 24 of his 32 field goal kicks, including 4-of-7 on kicks with a distance of 50-plus yards, with a career long of 58 yards. York also scored on 94.6% of his extra point attempts.'
York has spent time on the Tennessee Titans and New York Giants' practice squads in April and November of 2023. He re-signed with the Browns in March.
