The Patriots declared the following players as inactive:

- No. 23 S Patrick Chung
- No. 34 RB Rex Burkhead
- No. 37 RB Damien Harris
- No. 43 DB Nate Ebner

No. 12 Colt McCoy is expected to start in place of No. 8 Case Keenum at quarterback.
