Lansdowne, VA– The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce is proud to present a special Lessons in Leadership event on June 24, 2016 featuring Washington Redskins Head Coach Jay Gruden and the "Voice of the Washington Redskins," Larry Michael.
Under Coach Gruden's guidance, the 2015 Redskins earned the team's 15th division title in team history and featured one of the most prolific passing attacks in franchise history, as quarterback Kirk Cousins set single-season team records for attempts (543), completions (379), passing yards (4,166) and 300-yard passing games (seven).
Joined by the legendary Larry Michael, Voice of the Washington Redskins, Coach Gruden will discuss the keys to his management style, and his personal impressions of Loudoun County as a place to live, work and play.
"Success in business and in professional sports requires a combination of teamwork and self-motivation. We are excited to learn how the motivational techniques of one of the hottest coaches in the NFL took the Redskins to the top of the NFC East in 2015." said Loudoun County Chamber President Tony Howard.
