- Thompson, a 5-foot-8, 193-pound running back, was taken by the Redskins in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He appeared in four games as a kick and punt returner last season – returning eight kickoffs and seven punts – before being placed on IR Nov. 12. This preseason, he had 12 rushes for 23 yards and caught six passes for 53 yards.
- Williams, a 5-foot-10, 184-pound receiver, was signed by the Redskins in May 2013 as an undrafted college free agent. He played in five games for the Redskins last season, returning nine kickoffs and one punt, while also scoring the first points of his career on a two-point conversion Week 11 at Philadelphia.
