This year, Washington will bring in two groups of fellows with the first group participating in the final portion of OTAs and mandatory minicamp and the second group of fellows participating in training camp. The second group of fellows will be announced at a later date.

Blackburn joins the Commanders after working for the Baltimore Ravens for the past 17 years. In Baltimore he most recently held the role of director of college scouting. In that role, Blackburn oversaw the Baltimore college scouting process and played a vital role in planning for the NFL Draft.
