--After defeating the No.2 ranked scoring offense (30.4 points per game) the Chicago Bears, the Washington Redskins expect another high scoring affair against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos have the NFL's No.1 scoring offense averaging (42.6 points per game).

--After an appeal, Redskins safety Brandon Merriweather's two game suspension was reportedly reduced to one game.
